By booking or attending any event organized by Satyam Musical Events, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment, and the balance amount must be cleared before the commencement of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizer. In case of client-initiated cancellation, advance payments may be forfeited. The event schedule, performance duration, artist lineup, and technical requirements must be finalized prior to the event date; any additional requests may incur extra charges. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, and venue approvals unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Satyam Musical Events is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, technical failures beyond control, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Any damage to equipment or property caused by guests or third parties during the event will be the client’s responsibility. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program flow to ensure smooth execution. By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges acceptance of all terms mentioned above and agrees to maintain a professional and respectful environment throughout the event.
